By creating an account or using TARA Price Watch (“TaraPixel”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
TaraPixel collects publicly available pricing information from competitor product pages that you choose to monitor. We use this data solely to provide you with price-tracking, alerts, and price-history features. You are responsible for ensuring that the URLs you submit for monitoring are lawful for you to track in your jurisdiction. We do not sell your data to third parties. Prices are gathered automatically from third-party websites that we do not control. Those sites may change their layout, block automated access, display regional or promotional pricing, or contain errors. As a result, the data we report may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. TaraPixel is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any business decisions, lost profits, or damages arising from reliance on the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of scraped data.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method the applicable fee each billing cycle until you cancel. Plan limits and pricing are described on our pricing page and may be updated with reasonable notice. Fees are stated in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. The free plan may be used indefinitely subject to its stated limits.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Your continued use of TaraPixel after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
